Yoga inspired by cats

Recently, it has come to the attention of your humble narrator that the ancient practice of yoga has an unacknowledged

debt to cat culture. The pose often referred to as "child's pose" should actually be called "cat's pose" as it is clearly modelled after a common stretch that has practiced by cats from time immemorial. Photographic evidence is provided for those unfamiliar with yoga or with cats.
